– Company operates a multispecialty hospital in hyderabad.
– Hospital has 22 beds in the general wards, 5 ICU beds, 4 NICU beds, and 2 private rooms.
– We are looking to sell the hospital equipment and assets that include furniture, generator, ICU, NICU, and other equipment.
– The brand and license are not a part of the sale, and the buyer will have to run the operations under a different brand name and hire their own staff.
– We currently operate from a 3,000 sq ft rented facility and the buyer can use continue renting the facility and run operations under their own brand. We pay a monthly rent of INR 40,000.
