Business Overview
We own a chain of Kulfi Outlets along with a master franchise of Central India of a hyderabad-based brand which is having more than 80 outlets in India and abroad.
– 2 outlets in prime locations of hyderabad are owned and operated by us and we have sold 5 franchises in Central India
– Have master franchise for Andhra pradeshand telangana.
– We get a percentage of the purchase of each franchise. We got 50% of the one-time franchise fee and 4% from purchases made by the franchise partner during the contract period.
– We get 300 orders on a daily basis for our 2 outlets.

Our main outlet is located at a prime location near Kukapally It’s a rental property of 540 sq feet with a seating facility inside the premises for 20 customers. The second outlet is a kiosk located in a prime location of a renowned shopping all on the ground floor.
Capitalization Overview
Business is owned by two partnes who are having 50% share each. The business does not have any loans to be repayed.
